I have secured a vendor who can do very high quality postcards for us. The pricing reflects the combined volume of all the participants. So if 10 of us where sending postcards to an average of 200 people each, we can combine all our jobs into a single submission and we will receive the volume discount for a job of 2000 postcards.
You will be charged, each time, based on volumes of that month's submissions. The worst case, and the first time use charge is 1.04 each. This charge includes printing of a 5 in. x 8in. full color double sided postcard. It includes a mail merge of each address, each salutation (Dear John,), each body text, each contact infoline. It includes a Nav Logo. It includes postage. And full delivery services to the post office.
Again, pricing is based on actual costs of each mailing which can vary on 2 accounts, volume and drop shipping. Drop shipping allows a mailing to be reduced in price if large numbers are delivered to the same central postoffice. This is calculated by zip codes and will vary mailing to mailing.
