What
is the key to getting Email Marketing results? How are some people
building lists and closing sales while others seem to be stalling out
and just not making progress? Both groups have quite a few things in
common. Let’s take a look.
Let’s
start by defining “Email Marketing
Results”.
In
this case, results come down to generating leads. This would be step 1
to getting TrafficWave Email Marketing Results.
From there, we want to follow up, build that relationship, and close
sales.
The two groups I am referring to are:
Group
1: Those Getting Results
Start by building
your lists. Then follow up with your leads. Build rapport.
And you are closing sales.
There is no big secret?
To get results, simply followed through on the training. Physically do
the things we are teaching people to do.
Create an set of autoresponder letters for your offer.
Then creat a capture page.
You might even add a capture form to your website or
blog.
Once those steps are done, start driving traffic to your capture page,
site, or blog. Post in social media, or run ads to drive traffic.
Simply by doing the work required you'll see results.
Group 2: Those Not Getting Results
These
folks are not building their lists. Therefore, the rest of the results
just aren’t going to happen.
This happens all the time, someone complains to me about how they aren’t
getting results, I look at their account. I sincerely want to see what
they are doing and identify how I might be able to help.
Without
exception, when someone isn’t getting TrafficWave results, I
see:
They have done absolutely NONE of the things I’m teaching.
Or, at best, they’ve sort of started but haven’t
followed through. They've done something once and gave up. And guess
what? They are not getting the results that my consistent engagement is
producing.
They remind me of a joke I mention above:
“I’ve been paying for this gym membership
for years and I’m still fat. Tomorrow, I’m
driving down to that gym to find out what
is really going on!“
We see something like that and we laugh. But that’s how it
seems to be for so many folks.
Every once in a while, I see someone who has kind of got things
started. They just need to make a few adjustments to really get things
moving. I love helping folks get that going! A moving ship is easy to steer.
