Develop relationships where people know like and trust you. People start as prospects, become friends and will soon be customers. Simple. How do you do it?

You Build a List. A stranger joins your list. As soon as he does he is now a prospect, "Know."

You provide them with Value Content they can USE, "Like."

They respect you for that value, "Trust."

Problem is we all try to turn Strangers into Customers. It rarely happens, and even if it does they are not connecting to you, but to a product which they will buy anywhere at the cheapest price possible. If they connect to you then they will buy from you again and again and not constantly contend about price. They want the product Yes, but more so, they want to buy it from you.

I also sent the exact same promo piece to my List. These are Prospects (know) Friends (Like) and Customers (Trust).
