Sending an email marketing newsletter can be a great way to build rapport and increase sales. But, if you do it wrong, it can be a great way to run sales off.

I bet it has happened to you …You exchange  business cards, text messages, or contact info with someone at an event. Next thing you know, you are receiving mass emails from them sent to everyone they got contact info from. The worst part: They aren’t using an email service provider. They just added your email address to the “To” field or the “Cc” field in their favorite email program.

If they say “yes”, put a check mark on the card. If they say “no”, put an “x” on the card. Some will say “yes”. Some will say “no”.
