Rule #5 Learning and Adapting is Essential
In my years of working with people who want to make money online, I have found that greater than 99% of people want the results without having to work hard or learn anything new.
No work and no change will keep you EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. It is what you know and what you have done in the past that brought you to the point where you are right now. Nothing is going to change UNLESS YOU CHANGE.
If you want to make a reliable online income, then you are going to have to LEARN how to do it. After you learn a few things, you are going to have to work to put those into ACTION. Once you start seeing some RESULTS (good or bad), then you are going to have to LEARN from them and ADAPT what you are taking ACTION on going forward.
1. LEARN (Figure out what to try)
2. ACTION (Start trying)
3. RESULTS (See what happens, tracking)
4. ADAPT (Improve your approach)
For a successful person, this process never stops. It is a continuous cycle. What you were doing 6 months ago will probably not work as well now. When something stops working, we find something new to try.
Making money online is not like working a traditional job. You don't put in the hours and get paid for your time. YOU GET PAID FOR RESULTS NOT FOR TIME SPENT. If the work you are doing gets someone to buy something, then you earn a commission.
IF YOU DON'T GET RESULTS THEN YOU EARN NOTHING.
GETTING RESULTS REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE + ACTION + ADAPTING.
If you are taking ACTION, but not getting RESULTS, then you need to ADAPT and try something new. To figure out what to try, you need to LEARN something new.
Most people think that "try something new" means joining a new MLM program or switching to a different traffic source.
The problem isn't the program you are in ... the problem is your whole strategy about how you think people make money online.
If you are just promoting a program, then you are trying to break Unbreakable Rule # 1 - People Don't Like to Buy From Strangers. This is what most people striving to make money online are trying to do and they FAIL. You CANNOT break the Unbreakable Rules.
You have to turn strangers into friends and friends into customers.
Get a stranger to join your email list. Use your emails to get them to know, like, and trust you. Now recommend multiple programs that will help them.
If you keep trying to sell to people who don't have a relationship with you, then you are doomed to fail.
- If you don't know how to build an email list - LEARN!
- If you don't know what to write in your emails - LEARN!
- If you don't know how to get your subscribers to know, like and trust you - LEARN!
- If you don't know how to make offers to your subscribers without looking like a sales person - LEARN!
This is why LEARNING is essential. If you feel like you can't learn this stuff, then you are 100% making an excuse. This is not rocket science. I have successful clients who are still in their teens, over 90 years old, don't speak English, deaf, or blind.
If you are not getting the results you want now, then the difference will only come from LEARNING and putting the new knowledge into ACTION.
My goal is to make it as simple as possible for you to get started on your journey. You can do it for free and without learning a lot of skills. Then you can learn as you work along with the process.
